Wear your shoes all day!  Painlessly!  It's what the package says and it's actually pretty true!  I was surprised at cushioning these small patches give your feet.  I was given a free box of Sole Patches through BrandBacker to try and review my findings!  I am quite impressed.  
The cute little flower shaped pads have adhesive on the back and stick directly on your feet before you put on your shoes. I know, it sounds strange, but, hey, it works!  The adhesive is very good.  

My experience was that the adhesive was strong enough, the pad did not slip or move and it didn't pull at my skin.  I wore the same one for several days and the adhesive was still working.  I placed it on the ball of my foot, where I feel the force of all my steps.  You can also place these on your heel, or even directly into the shoe. I wore these with heels, boots, and flats.  In all of the shoes it felt terrific.  The first two days I only wore one to feel the difference.  There is a big difference!  These pads are excellent shock absorbers!  

The Sole Patches are made from a high tech urethane called Poron®, made by the Rogers Corporation that will cushion your feet all day!  The material is shock-absorbing, antimicrobial, anti-odor, and moisture-repelling.  These came in a box of 6.

Compression Gloves by Compression Comfort
